Why are pentagrams evil?
Is it just because a long long time ago some peasant that was wearing one was accused of witchcraft and they said that since they used the pentragram as protection then it was paganistic?

I just wanted to say something I learned today about pentagrams that make sense.

The five points of the pentagram have been interpreted as representing the five wounds of Christ (2 wrist, 2 ankle and 1 side).

...so why are they considered evil?
