I started playing Utopia again and that wasn't enough. I also started playing Jennifer Government: Nation States. Here's some about the country I built and run:

The Rogue Nation of Womandalor is a tiny, environmentally stunning nation, remarkable for its burgeoning tiger population. Its hard-nosed, intelligent population of 5 million have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

The enormous government juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Healthcare, and Social Welfare. The average income tax rate is 29%, but much higher for the wealthy. A very small private sector is dominated by the Cheese Exports industry.

Crime is moderate. Womandalor's national animal is the tiger, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the cata.
