Today I had an emotion breakdown. I snapped. I finally reached my breaking point. I hyperventilated and had to go to the hospital.

I don't know what contributed more:

Fear or Anger at the PCOS

The Fights with my parents today

Or the fact Josh ended it permanently

Yes, there's no more me and Josh.
