As mentioned in a previous post, I cut down my anxiety medicine on my own. Well being the daffle dork that I am, I wasn't watching when I needed refills and ran out of Paxil. Apparently jumping from 40mg to 20 was ok but not from 20 to zero! ACCKKK!

So I'm an emotional wreck and it makes me sad because I tried so hard to have hope that I could someday come off this stuff.

Anyway my head hurts...bad.
